Drive to the pier and look for a oil tanker with a globex sign and a jump in front of it. Jump through the globex sign and drive to the top. Get out of the car next to a walkway and run to the first set of crates. Hop up to the top and shimmy around the ledge. Inside the top crate is the nightboat.
