when you pass the two hunters in the security station you get to it aand deactivate it. stop dont just leave to go of and kill the invisible elites turn around and go out into the inside tunnnel. look down and you will fine a vast shaft. go out onto the small platform and go to the left or right hand corner. look down and you will see a platform a way down. head for the section between the spikes. you will need to crouch to make this jump. you want to just nwalk of the edge and with a bit of practice you will make it onto the platform. then go to the wall and jump against it and you will get to the next platform. keep goping but be carefull to keep on crouching down each time you jump.

When Covenant dropship is getting ready to unload a group of Covenants, throw a grenade into the door as it opens. The blast will kill several of the enemies since they are all in one area. There are places (especially in the first level) where a groups of Covenants are, waiting for you to barge in and start shooting. If you can, sneak to the aliens and throw a grenade into their midst. It is best when a plasma grenade sticks to a Grunt, because he will run behind the rest of his companions. One simple grenade can take out five Covenants.

after deactivating the security measures. you will find yourself outside by the downed pelican. take the warthog and head staright to the underground bit where you go down inside the to the map room. kill all the covie outside and go back to where your marines are pick to up and drive back to the tunnel down to the map you will be able to take the warthog dopwn the slope right up to the previously locked door. leave the marines just at the entrance to the slope. then go and get the other warthog and repeat the process making sure the chain guns are at the opposite side so that the fire will not kill one of the marines. now go to the map room as you come back up you should hear the gold elite bveing ripped into by the marines on the turrets you can now drive the hogs out and kill the invisible elites hop in the pelican and be off to the assault.

with a hog full of marines head topward the outside of the map room. once the covies outside have been delt with take the hog with two marines and drive down inside. go down the tunnel and you come across the now unlocked door. it may look to small for the hog but if you are lucky enough and at top speed you can force it through the door. no the fun dont stop there. once through the door take a right not a left out onto the edge of the ledge if you do this right turn the hog 180 so your facing back the way you came hop out and llok of to the left you will see a couple of jackels and a med kit and ammo. if y6ou get it right with a lot of tries you can drive the warthog of to the left a bit and end up half way down the instillation with a gunner and passenger and the hog with its wonderful LAAG gun to rip through the hunters and anything else you come across. you can take the hog right down to the map room but have to leave it with the marines if they survive. you can get it back up a bit up to the first set of jackels but that is about it.
