If a hunter is facing you and you have a pistol, aim for the base of its head and slightly to the left or right and pull the trigger twice in rapid sucession. The first shot will knok its head back, and the second will hit a vulnerably orange spot. Make sure you aim slightly to the left or right as there is more orange exposed, making your target easier to hit.

Hop in a Banshee, and eliminate any other planes in the air. Ignoring the Covenant foot soldiers for a time, fly towards a Wraith, while dodging it's blasts. If you've survived, pin the tank's nose to the ground, and it can't fire! Simply pummel it with plasma until it blows. Easy.
