Make sure that in your party you have pokemon with fly and surf and that you have at least 1 pokemon near level 100 now go to viridian city and talk to the old man near the top he will ask you if you want him to show you how to catch pokemon say yes and when he has finished fly to cinnibar island make sure that you have the item you want to duplicate is in 6th position on your list then go to the right hand side of cinibar and start to surf up and down on the edge of the islands after finding a few level 128 golducks you will meet a strange looking pokemon RUN AWAY do not try to catch it go back to the island and save the game look on your list and you will have 9 of the 6th item use them and you get anouther 9 use them and you get anouther 9 use them and you get 99

fristly put the item you want to cloan in 6th place of your list, to do that you have to press select button on the item you want to cloan then move it in to 6th place when done that go and speak to the man that showed you how to catch pokemon in vidrian city then fly to cinbar island and surf on the right hand side up and down. Do this for a while, in the mean time you will come across golducks L50 ect and snorlaxs L206 eventually you will find a pokemon that looks like a funny blue box then your cheat will be done
