In Viridian city go to the man that was blocking your way right at the start.Say no to him and then watch him catch a weddle.Then fly to Cinnabar Island and at the right hand side surf up and down until you came across a missingo.(WARNING.Do not catch it because it may corrupt your save game file.When you run from it chack your sixth item in your item slot and you find that you will have 99 of your sixth item.

First Fly To Viridian, Talk To The Man Who Won't Let You Get To Viridian Forest, And Answer No To His Question, Then Fly To Cinnibar Island. Surf Up And Down The Right Side Of The Island When Half On Land And Half In Water, Until Missingo or M Appears.
