Get close to the rancor in Jabba's palace. Once in his clutches, hit respawn and confirm. Lots of items will now be around the rancor pit.

When you're playing as a Jedi.
How:
While the snowspeeders seem to be worse at taking down AT-ATs than they were in the previous game, there is an easy way to deal with them. Rack up enough kills to become a jedi, they use a force jump to leap onto the top of an AT-AT. The AT-AT will be unable to fire at you, with its guns being on the front. Simply hack away at it with your lightsaber from on top and it will fall.

When you get into the fighter take off at full speed but without boost and press A right when you touch the forcefield. If done correctly your fighter should land outside the forcefield allowing you to get out and walk around the outside of the ship. Don't walk off the ship though or you will fall for a while and die.
