During the game
How:
On level 9(Wang Fou Incident), get the Orthmeyer's keycard on the 2nd floor of the builing which on mission 11 is the house of Lee Hong. Use cheats to finish last 3 missions then save after mission 12. Load this mission and choose Asylum Aftermath. The minigun is on your right after the tunnel- go through the locked door and shoot the patient and it's yours! In the basement before you reach the lift there are some stairs- go down and open the door and you have your Gold Desert Eagles Dual!
