Go to mission 9 then if you walk around for a while you will find a desk in a building which isnt the main one. On this desk is a keycard. Pick it up. Go to mission 1 and follow the route on the map untill you get to a place with a large ed laser against the wall. On your right there is a door which was previously locked. You can open this door now. Go through it and there is a man holding the minigun. Kill him and its yours.*
