I'm not sure if you have to have a maxed out level thingy (level 3) but if you know how to do a super Hadoken, you can do this trick just as easy. Its basically that except with the select button If you don't know a super Hadoken here's the motion. The motion for the super taunt is Down to Forward, Down to Forward, Select. Try this in versus with a friend that doesn't mind being taunted Let Dan do out the move because you can get ripped up if you do this in the heat of an actual battle.
