When trying to build up SC energy, moves like the Dragon Punch, Somersault Shell, Chun Li's Tenshoukyaku, Rose's JAB Soul Reflect (1/2 a Level per shot absorbed!), and mainly any other move of a DP nature yield the most energy. (Chun's Level 3 Roundhouse Lightning Leg CC and Gen's Fierce 100 handslap CC, however, can boost your opponents super meter almost to Level 3 (all the way if he or she has even a little energy on his/her super meter!), so, be cautious of when you use those particular CCs...)
