Go to the bank at draynor were you can see the rocks near the cliff and a bank lady. Click on one of the rocks and then quickly click on a bank lady and you'll walk to her while facing the rock, making you walk backwards.

Go to Edgeville and then to the Edgeville bank. Then go to the ! .climb down the ladder and go forward till you reach a metal gate. Enter the metal gate and keep going forward. the skeletons(level 22) will attack you so run to the next gate.Enter it and keep going till you get to the hobgoblins(level 42 but wont attack you) keep going and you'll see a Hill giant(level 28). and there. enjoy the glitch

When you are killing the dragon don't use magic unless you are over level 50 otherwise you will do no damage. Don't make the mistake I made by using a battleaxe instead of a longsword.
