Place a mousetrap it the area where you fight The Fear (first time you get there, when going to the lab). Get out of the area, then return. There is 10% chance that you have caught a Thucinoko. Now keep it alive, through the game (you must not eat it!). When you lose your equipment, hurry retirve it, then go outside the waterfall. Then go until youŽll reach a river. Stop and look to the left or right in first person, then look down, and there is the bugger. Shoot him with the MK22, so make it sleep. Now complete the game, and youŽll get Infinity Face-Paint.
