Retro Game Cheats for Street Fighter Alpha 3 (Dreamcast)

When:
While playing the World Tour mode.

Get a character to level 28.

Effect: Activate shin Akuma, evil Ryu and Guile.
When:
World Tour mode.
How:
Collect enough exp. to go to yhe level 32 at the end you fight Bison ( you should be level 30 at least )then another stage should open the boss shall be Guile , beet him then you play as him , next another stage shall open evil Ryu shall be the boss beat him and he shall be open 4 use ( opposite Guile ), then another stage shall be open shin Akuma shall be the boss beat him and you can be him by holding L2 on Akuma and pressing triangle on the character select screen - best person to do this I found was Akuma using his RAGING DEMON attack ( in this its called- SHUNGOKUSATSU, evil Ryu has this attack aswell ).
