Retro Game Cheats for Sim City (Nintendo Wii)
Effect: Don't pay any funds!
When:
During the game.
How:
Make sure Auto-Budget is off. Now, at the end of the year when the budget screen appears set all funds to 0%. Now once that is done select "go with figures". Immediatly save the game and then reload it. The game should now say you have set all funds to 100% but you will not have been charged!
