Start your bowling motion as normal, but let go of the ball as you swing it back, and the crowd will be scared!

After Choosing a Mii, and pressing "Ok", or hitting + and "Start Over", hold a direction on the d-pad to change the color of the bowling ball. (Up for blue, left for red, down for green, right for gold)

To make the crowd laugh in bowling, move to either of the gutters in your lane, turn into opposite lane, and bowl so the ball goes over the barier between the lanes. The ball will go into the gutter in the opposite lane and the crowd will laugh.
