Effect: The track should now be a mirror image of it's former self

Start thre game as normal
How:
Hold 'L1, R1, select' and 'start' until the race actually starts

Effect: Turn off that pesky rear view mirror

Pause while playing.
How:
Pause while playing. Press and hold Triangle and press L1 or R1 to toggle mirror on or off.
