Go to the hospital in Santa Monica and you'll see a girl who's in critical condition. Talk to her and give her your blood, without revealing you're a vampire, and she'll survive. She'll later turn up the Venture building and if you take her to your haven she'll give you gifts, the final one being the kevlar armour.
