This is a bit of a hack, so copy the file in question and save it in its current state in a safe place in your My Documents folder. After you've done this, Go to where you've installed Lockdown (usually C:\Program Files...) Go to the data folder, then the save folder then open the lockdown.pro file in Notepad and you'll see the levels to unlock under mission data like completedNormal = "0" and completedChallenge = "0". Set all the zeroes to "1" to unlock the stages you want. Remember, if you get stuck or confused at any time, play it safe - just quite and don't save changes!
