After you have picked a tournament from the Challenge List.
How:
Go to My Fifa.Then to Challenges.Pick any Zone and start any tournament.When it gives you the option of picking teams, pick the best ones.When at Tournament Central, Quick Simulate all your matches.If you have the best teams, you are likely to win the matches.Do this until one of your picked teams has won the tournament.

Effect: Before the com player takes the penalty, watch their face very closely, as they look into either corner of the goal, whichever way they look, is the way they will hit the ball. If the cxom player does not look left or right then they will probably hit the penalty directly in the middle of the goal. This cheat will work about 80 - 90% of the time. Please note that this will not work when playing in multi player mode.
