How:
Pick people up and put them outside the gate so they have to walk back in and pay

At any point during the game when you are in zoo guest mode
How:
Hold the left mouse button whilst the arrow is pointing forward to run or walk faster

While in Photo Safari mode, press and hold the X key. The camera will get closer to the ground. Quite handy for taking photos of very small animals. e.g meerkats.
