Create A Player mode

Name the player Katie Roy

When you get 5000 MVP points, save your profile. Then get a Legendary Player, but don't save over your profile. Add that Legendary Player to any team you like and save your roster only! Then Load your profile.

The Legendary Player will be on the team, but you will still have 5000 MVP points! Repeat as many times as you like to load any squad to the max!
