Whilst driving in the Big Apple, there is a ramp/jump near the Aircraft carrier. Take off from here and smash through the glass to take you onto the second floor of the building. Find the red light inside and drive though it at about 10-15mph till you hear a noise...then exit and start a new game, and check out the new Taxi you've just unlocked...It's a cross between a snowplow and the incredible hulk!!!
