Shoot the enemy in the leg, and if they fall to their knees, run up to them and hit A to perform a Suplex, which will often decapitate them. Decapitation through a Suplex also has the advantage that it never seems to make a parasite pop out.

How:
The knife is usually the last thing you'll use against anything, especially a boss. But Krauser has a weakness to it, so much so that a slash to the head causes as much damage as a magnum. So use it.

When enemies are climbing a ladder to reach you and there's no other way to your position, simply stand at the top of the ladder and slash enemies with your knife as they come up to kill them without using any ammo!

How:
After defeating the bugs, you can shoot the large pulsating thing on the ceiling a number of times to see a cut-scene of it falling into the pit. Afterwards, lots of small gems will be scattered around the floor of the room for you to collect.

How:
When defending the cabin, stand next to luis and he'll keep giving you handgun ammo. Of course if you don't want handgun ammo you could shoot him 8 times and a cut scene will occur where Luis kills you. Nice.
