Retro Game Cheats for Metal Gear Solid (PlayStation)
Effect: You should find a new option enabling you to replay the single player levels with upto three differant new missions on each, all with a seperate storyline to the main game.

On the level where you try to save the Darpa chief in the cell
How:
After the cinema sequence go back into the cell where you saw a man naked on the floor. Now get on the ground and take out your scope. You'll notice that the guy's butt is censored, but when you scope in ALL THE WAY you'll notice something the company never thought about. Eeech.

You need to sneak up to the second floor of the first building (where the helicopter was) go into the vent here (beware if you do this you can't use the bottom vent entrance) when you come down the ladder a level 4 security door is open go in and get the thermal gogles. These are great for psyco mantis he just can't hide.

Effect: Shows a spelling mistake (not much of a cheat but i'd thought i'd let you know).
When:
After you have copmpleted the first disc and are asked to put disc two in, do so then save the game.
How:
Turn off your console then back on again and load up your game and when it asks you to read the log say yes and in the second page it says "Sanek" instead of Snake.
