In tokyo, when you start the level, look at the top left hand corner of the screen. You'll see a big round flashing sign. To get up there you'll have to find the halfpipe that is just below it. Get a lot of air in the pipe to get up where the sign is and there will be two wires holding the sign up. Hit one of these wires and the sign should fall and open up a secret area ;)
