search the map for a narrow ally with 2 fences as you go down - follow it to the end and you will find a locker containing a rifle, pick it up go back to fences inside one of them a goul with poison on him, he is trapped so shoot him with the rifle, you will get a message, at the bottom it should read glowing ghoul, carry along the ally to see another goul who drops a slugger when he dies
