Push start during the game to pause. Highlight options and select, highlight codes. This will need to be done each time you want to change levels.
How:
Press C-pad: Down,Left,Left,Down,Left,Down,Right,Down,Left,Down. Then select. Then exit and highlight change level and select levels from 1 - 10.
