Drive to the fireworks shop and deploy your RC car(you have to drive your car into the bushes before you can deploy your RC car), drive across the road and go up the stairs and drive along the ledge untill your laser targets on a metal gate, use your laser on it to get inside then use the laser on the gunpowder to set of a destraction for the cops. Drive away with your Q-cloak on to dodge the cops.
