Begin by moving your controller to the opposite team. (i.e, if you are Man Utd playing against arsenal, select arsenal for your controller), then score many own goals. Before the end of the match, push start and return to the select sides option. Then move the controller for your team and you will win the match

Press pause and move the control to the opposite team. Score as many own goals as you want before moving it back again for the full time whistle.

If you want a good team in career mode go to player swaps. Swap the players you want and press B. Then go to contine without saving. Go to Career mode and select the team you swapped all the good players to. Save Career and go back and LOAD squad. You`ll now have a good team in career mode and your team won`t be changed for friendlies and all.
