Go on to the club you want to do it to (e.g. cardiff)click on PLAYERS at the top of the screen, then click on the player you want to change (e.g. Robert Earnshaw) go on details on the right then change all of his details to 254 n he will be the best player on the game rated 99.
P.S do not do 255 (which is de highest because your game may keep crashing)Good Luck!!!
