After a cutscene you'll be able to see a 3D version of Cream the Rabbit flying around Station Square.

To get the gold go the grass just outside the town hall, you will see a stone, pick it up and go the the shop with a golden egg in the window in the same area, Put down the stone pick up the egg, put the egg down and replace it with the stone.
To get the Silver egg go to the lake with the waterfall near where knuckels is/was go up against a blue theing untill it goues into the wall, turn around and in the water there will be a silver egg.
To get the black egg play as Amy,Big or Gamma. Go to where the prison cells are where Amy was and in the Second cell there is a black egg press the button, take the egg.
