Modify the shortcut to your game and add the
"-cheats" and -"funlabs" parameters.
Example:
"C:\Program Files\Activision Value\FUN labs\Revolution\Bin\Revolution.exe"

While playing, press [~] to open up the console and type one of the
following commands and press [Enter]:
