Play a level once, and memorize the position of the enemies. Then play the level again, and they will be in exactly the same place. So even if you can't see them, for example, you can throw a grenade into a certain area on the farmhouse level and take them out. The enemies will only move when they see you, so if they don't see you coming they will be in the same position every single game.
