At the Mutator Screen

Alter your team name to "EXTRASTUFF". Exit the mutator screen and save the game. Now enter the options menu and select menu option "configure controls". Two new options should be here, "debug" and "first person view".

Note: To get these cheats to work you must have the bump mapped graphics patch installed.
