At the 'Press Start' screen
How:
Press and hold 'C', press and hold 'B', press and hold 'A', press and hold 'UP' on the D-Pad and press and hold 'Left Shift' (Making sure to keep hold down of the previous button, not letting go after each one). Then, release 'A', then 'B', then 'C', then 'Left Shift', then 'Up'. You should hear the words 'Blackhole Engaged'. Then, during the game, press and Hold 'A', 'C', 'UP' and 'Left Shift', to skip onto the next level
