Go to the top section of Hyde Park at the Intersection between Oxford Street and Park Lane go into an entrance that is right near the marble arch follow it down past the intersection with the yellow dirt and soon there will be a intersection go left onto the grass and then if you go right and follow the edge of the trees you should find a small bush and behind it is a Golf Kart go to the door and push circle.
