before you play a team press "add manager" then manage the team you are playing next. after change there tactics to put there goal keeper outfield with all of the other players leaving nobody in goal. after the match has finished retire from football and do it again with your next opponent

How:
Make sure your a fairly decent Team (eg Davids ain't gonna come to Plymouth!), and make sure the Team the player is on, is under 1 of the Leagues you selected at the begin.
Add Manager of that Team, which the player you want, plays for, and relegate him to the Reserves, Fining him for no Reason, and setting His stats to Not needed. Then go put an offer in and your have to pay half of his value price in, or else the Board will see it as unrealistic offer!
Then just give him what he wants!
(Some times you need to be nasty to them for up to a couple of weeks, then just Retire as there manager, You could also sack half their Management if you wanted!?)
