Type IP_DEBUG 1 on the console by pressing the ` key (under the Esc key)
How:
When you activate the IP_DEBUG cheat press K and you can move the camera around with the arrow keys, rotate with the mouse. To return to Mr 47 just press K again. While doing this cheat pull out any gun and fire, where ever the trageting dot or cross is pointing at Mr 47 will shoot (as long as you have got a clear shot). The best level for this is "Say hello to my little friend"
