When you have three characters with a Dragoon Spirit, get into random battles and keep fighting until each of them is at a level 5 "SP" level. A Ying Yang symbol should appear to the far right of the battle menu. Highlight it and press X. It will turn your entire party into Dragoons and the person who uses the special will have a sort of ultimate wargod addition. When you attack, it goes through the entire attack without having to press any buttons. This works especially well in Boss battles. Note: This chance does not happen often -- save the special and do not waste it in a random battle.

Go to the Forest near Seles, the one encountered at the very beginning of the game. Go to the area where the Merchant was located (with small rabbit-like creatures) and just run around. The battles happen quickly in this area and your opponents are extremely easy to kill.
