How:
On the RC planes mission, there is a way to overcome having to fly the planes in order to blow up the boats, trying to fly the RC's is really long, difficult and annoying. This also solves the problem of having a limited number of RC planes. When you get to control the first one, keep moving it on the ground without flying it, until you reach your target. Now the gang members will only attack you and escape with the boats if you blow up one of the boats, so don't do that. Instead, keep walking to each of them slowly and keep pushing him towards the water, until he drowns, and they won't touch you! That is because you haven't blown any of the boats yet, and they also won't escape. So keep doing that until each one of them is dead. And then you can blow the boats as much as you like, and they will keep still in there places because all the gang members are dead and there is nobody to drive them!

go to a garage and put a cop car in,when your doing the vigilante mission, park the car in the garage(make sure the garage door shuts behind you and enter the blow up all cars cheat(r2 l2 r1 l1 l2 r2 square triangle circle triangle) and then go back in the cop car and keep doing that ive got to level 800.
