When you have the bounce bracelet, and the flame ring, after you run down the wall in the cut scene, you wil see some iron containers stuck in the ground. Destroy them with the bounce bracelet, and you will get the magic gloves which let you destroy bad guys and throw them at other enemies

On a rail press be to crouch and you will go much faster. *Make sure you control the charictor grinding becuase you can fall off.

When you are in chao garden with Sonic or Shadow.
How:
In chao garden go to the left side of the mountain behind the rock, and then jump and do the homing attack a couple of times. If you do it right you will be floating in the air, then fly behind the wall with the clouds and back. When float back to the garden your chao will swim underground! You can pick them up after a while.

How:
Go near the rock that is near the sky. Go to the side of it and do homing attacks eventually you will be floating in mid air then go through the clouds and come back to the garden. when you come back you will only see your chao's head. to get it back to normal, go out of the chao garden and go back in.
