During the Game.

Enter : "FASTFIRE".

During a campaign game, you can modify the ship(s) assigned and crew quality by the edit command for the file \aos\00000x.cpg x= campaign #1, 2, 3 ,4 ,5 etc.....

Ships are listed by line number in the main.oob file this is listing #1 in the columns format of 00000x.cpg. Just goto main.oob and select the ship you want!
The second to last series of numbers in the column is crew rating:

0=a(best)
1=b
2=c
3=d
4=e

During the Game.

Enter : "QSWD".

During the Game.

Enter : "AAA".

During the Game.

Enter : "SEA HAWK".

During the Game.

Enter : "QSWW".

During the Game.

Enter : "FIREFEST".

Outside of game

Use a text editor to edit the "00000x.cpg" file in the "aos" directory, where "x" represents the specific campaign number. Look at the "main.oob" file to a list of ships by line number. Select a ship from that list, then place that number in the first column of the 00000x.cpg file. The second to last series of numbers in the column is crew rating, from 0 (best) to 4 (worst).

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding.
