How:
On the second level, run along the side of the river. When your spider sense 'tingles', get up on the railings. Do the first person view and you should see an object in the water. Web-yank the object and out pops a fish! To play basket ball you have to scale the wall in the area where you get ambushed. Press 'square' to pick up the ball and again to throw it. If you get it in the net you get extra health.
