Enter DEAD as a nickname and select the "End" option. Press A + Z at the next screen.

How:
Enter your nickname as 'dead' when starting a new game. Go to your Rides selection screen, and hold down 'A', 'B' and 'C', and you should hear a 'yeah' from park visitors.
Repeat the code, holding down the buttons, to increase your bank balance. You'll hear constant "yeah's" from park visitors while doing this.
