How:
Make a U-turn. Take the first right and then make a right. Take the road down to the bottom of the hill. At the light, make a right. Pass the downtown sign and make a right. Take the highway down (stay in the right lane). A new lane will start -- follow it. You should see a picture of a gas pump and a telephone. Turn right to get off the highway to unlock the Gas Station. Quit and check free patrol. If done correctly, "Random" will be there if all locations were unlocked.

How:
Make a U-turn in the parking lot. Take the road down (the one you took to get to the Donut Plaza). Make a left at the light. Make another left at the light. Take the road all the way down to make a right. Take the road down until you see the Crown Hill sign. At the light, make a left. Go up the hill (past the one floor store) and make the first right. At the end of the road, make a left. Take the road down until you see the church (on the left).
