Note: Ignore the suspect, and if you are about to die, quit and then restart with the new place you unlocked. Turn right and take the road down to the end. Make a left turn, then take the road down. Make a left, then make a U-turn to unlock the Beach.

How:
Make a U-turn. Take the first right and then make a right. Take the road down to the bottom of the hill. At the light, make a right. Pass the downtown sign and make a right. Take the highway down (stay in the right lane). A new lane will start -- follow it. You should see a picture of a gas pump and a telephone. Turn right to get off the highway to unlock the Gas Station. Quit and check free patrol. If done correctly, "Random" will be there if all locations were unlocked.
