Start a new file and enter the name JULIUS. You will then start playing as the whip weilding vampire hunter.

How:
You should first get the three ancient books. These tell you of three souls. A flame demon (can be found near boss legion), a succubus (can be found on way to graham), and a giant bat (aquired by fighting the balore). Go to fight graham with these three souls equiped and you will get the extended ending.

Unlock Boss Rush Mode and play it once. Reset the machine and during the Konami title screen, press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A. Then start up Boss Rush Mode to play with the original vampire slayer! Simon is much slower and doesn't have the fancy moves that the others have. He does hit MUCH harder though, so he isn't that bad of a choice to use.
