In the canyon area that comes right after Parker's first encounter with Capek, you will come across a large area filled with steam gysers.
A couple feet right from a fallen soldier you'll find a tunnel. Go through it to find about three or four creatures attacking you. Dispose of them and keep walking through the tunnel until you come to a larger area. On your right you should see a small hole.
Blast the hole to make it bigger and you'll find a tunnel. Go through this tunnel and you will come across a large area with a very deep pit. In the middle of this pit is a large platform. If you jump on it and wait about ten seconds you will be fully healed and receive some awesome weaponry.

Climb out of the compartment and drop down. Go down the ramp and through the large door. If you need some ammo or health, go up the ramp on the right, shoot the glass and enter the room on the right. Go back down, through the gold door at the other end and kill the two robots. Go through the door marked ‘Reactor’ and kill the merc. Go through the door on the left and shoot the merc in here. Go back out to the corridor and through the door at the end. Climb up the ladder in the shaft; go through the door, down the corridor and through the door at the end.
Climb up the ladder and go through the door marked ‘Security’ on the first platform. Go down the hall and turn right at the end. Kill all the mercs in here and destroy all the computers. Go through the door up on the right and destroy four more computers. Go back to the ladder, climb up to the top and go through the ‘Security’ door. Walk down the corridor and through the door on the left. Go through the second door on the left and press the button on the console. Go back to the ladder and climb all the way to the bottom.
Go back to the other ladder and climb back to the middle. Go through to the corridor and into the door marked ‘Reactor’. Go through the next door to reach the main reactor. Climb down the ladder at the back but don’t go in the water. Flick the switch on the wall then climb up all the way to the top and flick the switch behind you. You now have a minute and a half to get to the escape pod. Leave the reactor area and go back to the ladder. Climb all the way down then go through the door at the end of the corridor. Climb down another ladder and go through the door marked ‘Escape Pod’. Go through the door at the end of the corridor, press the button on the pod and watch the cut-scene.
