How:
At a dock buy 1 tonne of rubbish and 1 tonne of radioactives. Head out into space far enough away from the docks. Go to your cargo screen, click and hold under the icon to dump your cargo.

Buy a mining lazer and fly to an asteroid named phobus orbiting the sun.
Fire the mining lazer at it and speed up time. After a while you'll see a message saying congratulations you have reached the level of elite
