Effect: Unlocks everything, All Missions, to get the other options, (all
weapons, invincibility) pause the game and there will be a extra options
called "Cheats"

At the Stellar Cartography (mission select) Screen
How:

R1 Together, Then Press Both L2 + R2. If The Code Is Entered Correctly, The
Screen Will Flash And "CHEATS ON" Will Appear Below The Mission Name.
